Our Services

1

Neurological Rehabilitation

We will help you regain independence and confidence following a neurological diagnosis like a stroke, brain injury, or parkinsons. We work with you to improve your motor skills, thinking skills, and coordination, and support you in making everyday tasks—like dressing, cooking, or using technology—more manageable. Together, we’ll find practical strategies and adapt your environment so you can feel more in control and focus on what matters most to you.

2

Hand Therapy

We are here to help you recover function, reduce pain, and get back to doing the things you love with your hands. Whether you’re healing from an injury, surgery, or managing conditions like arthritis, trigger finger, or tendon issues, we’ll work together to improve strength, flexibility, and coordination. We use tailored exercises, hands-on techniques, and custom splints when needed to support your recovery.

3

Geriatric Rehabilitation

We focus on helping older adults maintain independence, safety, and quality of life. Whether you're adjusting after a hospital stay, managing age-related conditions like arthritis, dementia, or Parkinson’s, or just aiming to stay active and confident, we are here to support you. Together, we’ll work on building strength, improving balance, and making daily tasks more manageable. We can also recommend home modifications and tools to help prevent falls and make everyday life easier.

4

Cognitive Therapy

We help you strengthen thinking skills like memory, attention, organization, and problem-solving—whether you're recovering from a brain injury, managing a neurological condition, or living with ADHD. We’ll work together to develop practical strategies tailored to your daily life, so tasks like staying focused, planning ahead, or managing time feel more manageable. Whether you're aiming to return to work, improve everyday routines, or just feel more in control, our goal is to support your brain's strengths and help you thrive with greater confidence and clarity.
